Kristen Klapatch

Kristen graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Boston University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing at the Center for Pediatric Therapy since the Spring of 2019 and has worked in pediatrics in a variety of settings including outpatient, schools and early intervention.

Kristen has experience working with individuals age birth -21 focusing on areas including sensory processing, feeding/oral motor, self-care, handwriting, visual perceptual skills and fine motor skills.  She has treated children and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses such as Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Spina Bifida, Prematurity, Sensory Integration Disorder and feeding difficulties.

Kristen has completed continuing education in several areas such as: handwriting, neuro-developmental treatment (NDT), reflex integration (RMT), sensory processing including the USC/WPS Comprehensive Program in Sensory Integration (SIPT certified), Therapeutic Listening and feeding/oral motor including The SOS Approach to Feeding and Beckman Oral Motor.

She loves working with children and helping them and their families meet their goals!
