Lindsay Ellender

Lindsay Ellender earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. She then graduated with her Masters of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 2020.

She began working as a speech language pathologist at The Center for Pediatric Therapy in June 2022. Prior to CPT, Lindsay worked as an SLP at an elementary school in Texas, an elementary school in Oklahoma and a skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as her license with the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA).

Lindsay has clinical experience with individual and group therapy in the school setting, infant feeding and pediatric out-patient services. She has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, various genetic disorders and cleft lip/palate. Lindsay has worked with children with motor speech, articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, feeding communication, pragmatic and voice/resonance disorders. She resides with her husband and dog in Houma, LA.
